Star DDB creative team James Conner and Christie Cooper set to join Colenso BBDO

Fruitburst Billboard.jpgStar DDB team James Conner and Christie Cooper, who created a a string of award winning campaigns for Cadbury, Sky, Pascalls, Fruit Burst, Throaties, Fatso and Pink Batt, are leaving to join the creative team at Colenso BBDO.

"We've had a great time working at DDB, they've really looked after us over the years and we've learnt a lot from all the talented people we've worked with. But we've always been big fans of Colenso and we're looking forward to the challenge of working on new clients and the chance to work with Nick and the rest of the team," says Cooper.
"James and Christie are one of the nicest, hardest working teams in the industry. It's a real shame to see them go but after five and nine years with DDB respectively, they wanted some change. We wish them the best - I expect they'll thrive at Colenso," says Justin Mowday, managing director DDB Group.

Says Colenso BBDO creative chairman Nick Worthington: "Toby and Justin led a great agency and bred some great talent.  We feel very lucky to have them join us at Colenso."

Jesus. Who's left at DDB? James and Simon went to Colenso months ago, Colliver's gone to Clemenger, Brady's in Sydney and now James and Christie are off.

Oh and Tony's gone too, of course.
