McCann Sydney ECD Oliver Maisey quits to return to New Zealand after 14 month stint

olivermaisey-thumb-250x308-36213.jpgOliver Maisey has returned home to NZ after 14 months in his role as creative director at McCann Sydney and is currently freelancing in Auckland.

This follows a consolidation of the creative deparrtments of McCann Sydney and McCann Melbourne that will now be under the creative leadership of John Mescall.

Maisey, who took up the creative reins in Sydney in December 2011, also maintained his position as creative director of McCann New Zealand - a position he held since October 2010.

Prior to McCann New Zealand, Maisey spent 18 months at BBDO Dubai, and has held many high-profile posts in New Zealand, including executive creative director at M&C Saatchi, DraftFCB and Generator Bates.
