The site also offers expectant and new fathers with support as they prepare for a new family member.

The site developed by digital partner Bullseye is designed to enhance client Sarihusada’s educational leadership on good nutrition, breastfeeding and general health for expectant and new mothers. Sarihusada is a subsidiary of Danone. The website covers the complete journey for mothers-t0-be as well as pregnancy and new baby milestones and educates and engage women throughout the way.

Says Dewi Go-Sameylanda, Bullseye business director: “We are proud of this unique approach we developed for Sarihusada to fill the Mamacare site with relevant content and tools which can be easily found and quickly engage pregnant and new mothers with useful, practical information.”

One of the key features is the Mamacare Compass which is designed to guide new mums through the relevant life-stages: Preparing for Pregnancy, Pregnancy/birth and Breastfeeding with helpful articles and live chat functionality to develop a sense of community and support.

As well as questions/answers support there is also a tool for pregnant mums who want to keep track of their and their baby’s health and record key pregnancy stages and memories in one place, as well as diary functionality where mothers can keep a diary of their physical, nutritional and emotional health during the different stages of pregnancy.

Mamacare will be able to target content, based on how each mother interacts with the site, including advice around nutrition and emotional health – as well as linking to relevant content on the main site.

The site was launched internally first and has been extremely well received so far.
