FCB NZ picks up Bronze Lion in Cannes Mobile Lions for Testicular Cancer NZ ‘Go Balls Out’

GoBallsOut.jpgThe winners in Cannes Mobile Lions have just been revealed.

FCB New Zealand has scored a Bronze Lion for Testicular Cancer New Zealand’s ‘Go Balls Out’.

FCB is the only NZ agency to pick up metal in the category.

The Mobile Lions celebrates device-driven creativity. From 1297 entries, 68 Lions were awarded: 8 Gold, 24 Silver and 35 Bronze.

‘The Family Way’ by Dentsu Y&R, Tokyo for Recruit Lifestyle Co., Ltd. took the Grand Prix.

Jury president Andy Hood, head of emerging technologies, AKQA, explained that the best work has seen creatives offering solutions to some of the world’s biggest problems and the Grand Prix did just that.

Says Hood: “It’s not just an award, it’s a statement of how we want the winning work to be and how technology can have a direct impact on people’s lives.”
