Good Effectiveness win. But where was Y&R’s creative idea entries this year? So disappointing to see them totally absent from Cannes after a brilliant year with McWhopper last year.
‘Hero to zero’ lay off buddy you’re being a b, not everyone wins big every year (except Colenso!), but there are gold and silver lions on their way to cityworks right now which I’d say they should insert up your
How many years has this thing been going?
At this rate this campaign’s award streak is going to outlast the fucking agency!
Let’s be clear. This is the best thing Y&R NZ has ever done, or may ever do, they will want to squeeze as much out of it as possible. Good on them for it.
Pretty simple really, win one year and then qualify for the Cannes effectiveness category the next.
Such an odd industry’s that somehow it’s legit to slam an agency for doing well.
McWhopper is the best idea Y&R has ever done, but you can’t actually do better than the idea that won best idea in the world in 2016. Criticise away knowing that no matter what agency you work at you anywhere in the world, you were beaten fair and square.
Why don’t you stop whining about it and try to beat it?
Why could it be win in Gold & Silver , 2 awards in one Creative Effectiveness Catergory ??
