Social media agency Socialites wins Bayer NZ Consumer Health account against Krunch + JWT

socialitesbayerteamshot.jpgSpecialist social media agency Socialites has won the Bayer New Zealand Consumer Health account in a three way pitch against Krunch and J. Walter Thompson.

With a history that stretches back 150 years and with its core competencies in the fields of health care and agriculture, Bayer is an exciting new client for Socialites. The agency will be working across all Bayer Consumer Health brands in New Zealand, including Berocca, Claratyne and Elevit.
Says Sarah Alexander, senior brand manager for Bayer Consumer Health: "We were looking for a partner that could clearly demonstrate strategic thinking as well as creative execution. We are excited to bring Socialites into the fold."

In an effort to deflect attention away from this serious issue, the CEO is trying to use humour on their LinkedIn page. Imagine if a male in charge of an agency whose workforce is 95% white males did the exact same? Not good. Has to be fair for all.
