Clemenger BBDO | Touchcast scores at Best Awards for KiwiRail 'The Conscious Crossing'

The innovative safety system for client KiwiRail earned the agency coveted gold pins for both Spatial Design and Public Good, alongside a bronze for User Experience.

Other Kiwi agencies to receive awards include Colenso BBDO with one gold and three silver, Special Group picked up one gold, one silver and two bronze, 485 Design - part of Ogilvy & Mather picked up one gold, one silver and two bronze and FCB NZ picked up one gold, one silver and one bronze.
The judges comments on The Conscious Crossing: "We were delighted to see an approach to changing behaviour that uses physical layout and not information/signage. With a constantly changing layout, the design responds cleverly to the insight that familiarity creates complacency.

"By way of clever engagement with the user, this design succeeds in solving a life-threatening problem. We applaud the client for seeking a designed solution to a real life problem.'

The Conscious Crossing showcases Clemenger BBDO | Touchcast's continued approach of changing behaviour through real-world solutions.
