Marshall joins WiTH Collective following the August launch of its Auckland office, and will work closely with ANZ CEO Justin Hind and general manager Adam Parsons to lead the ASB account and drive the agency’s presence in New Zealand.

A New Zealand native, Marshall joins from M&C Saatchi, Sydney and prior to that Ogilvy Sydney where he has worked for brands such Lion, Coca-Cola, Nestle, Vodafone and Google. His work has been recognised at Cannes and a raft of other TV, film and creative award shows.

Says Hind: “We’ve been on a long search to find the perfect leader. John has had a lot of success in Australia with some of the country’s biggest brands and has the right level of passion, hunger and skill-set that aligns perfectly with our vision of providing business strategy and creative, through to customer experience and optimisation. He will be a great leader for our New Zealand team.”

Says Marshall: “The opportunity to not only join the WiTH Collective team, but to be able to lead and extend their innovative offering to the market in New Zealand is an exciting one. Add in the chance to work on a brand like ASB and it makes the decision to move back home an easy one for me. I can’t wait.”

Marshall’s role is effective immediately.
