Paper Plus has launched a new print ad via FCB New Zealand.
As we become more connected than ever, we’re finding it harder and harder to get away from our devices. But we’re also forgetting why it’s so important that we do. Why we need to disconnect. The simple truth is: the only way we can really switch off, is by switching off. And getting lost in the magic of a good book.

VISUAL COLLISION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LIKE A PIZZA BOX THAT LOOKS LIKE A LAPTOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BUT IT’S A BOOK?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!!!!???
So true @I get it. All pizzas get delivered in books.
must be award time soon..
nice elegant visual but we have seen this type of thing before.
a ‘book over the internet’ campaign should have more passion and gusto to it. Reading a book can be cathartic and stimulating whereas facebook etc can be a tedious brainsuck. Unfortunately this campaign does not really drive this point home.
@HJ I’ll bet you a lot of $ that this isn’t a ‘campaign’, it’ll be a single execution Ad (maybe a couple at most) designed specifically to win an award… no media money behind it.. client probably didn’t pay for it etc etc. I get that it goes on in the industry, but wouldn’t it be nice if agencies did this kind of work on a real brief.. not just for their own benefit.
