Ben-uai-258x258.jpgBen Goodale (pictured), managing director of justONE, will leave the agency at the end of the year and take a career break. These changes provide an opportunity to relocate justONE to 318 Richmond Road and co-locate offices with 99 and Raydar, providing a comprehensive offer unmatched in the market.

Troy Fuller, managing director of 99 and Raydar, will take on oversight of the company providing synergies for clients in the building.  Amy Watson remains as managing partner of justONE, running the day-to-day operations of the agency, as she has for the past ten years, and justONE veteran Stu Hinds remains as creative director.

Nearly six years ago, the Clemenger Group NZ took a 100% interest in CRM/Loyalty/Direct agency justONE given its highly differentiated capability and dominant retail client base.  At the time, the group co-located the agency alongside 99, but the co-location didn’t deliver the synergies expected.

Says Jim Moser, CEO, Clemenger Group: “Today we think the time is definitely right to co-locate these agencies and provide a comprehensive marketing service to our clients at all three companies.  The market has changed dramatically in the past five years as we’re seeing more and more agency consolidation ultimately driven by clients looking to improve and simplify their marketing service partners. The co-location of 99/justONE/Raydar in one place, provides that significant improvement, simplification and more.”

The co-location of justONE into 318 Richmond Road also provides greater access to group resources for clients of justONE.

Nicola Henshaw, director customer experience at 99, will take on additional responsibility as director of customer experience at justONE.

Says Moser: “Given Nicola’s extensive experience in CX/CRM/Data, she is a natural addition to the justONE team. She will begin work on shared clients first and then provide services to other clients over time. Nicola is one of the leading customer experience planners in Australasia so she is ideal for this dual 99/justONE role.”

Says Goodale: “There’s never a good time to go but I feel that now is right to step away and take a breath and think about new adventures.  I’m grateful to the many loyal clients we’ve had along the way at justONE since starting in 2006, the wonderful loyal team members, and for our amazing successes at the NZ DM Awards.  It’s been an amazing experience.  I’m also glad that we are able to saddle up justONE beside two agencies (99 and Raydar) that will work synergistically together, and build for the future, as a key part of Clemenger Group.”

These changes will take effect over the coming months.
