Australasia’s Goodoil ranked #2 in Bestads Production Company Rankings 2018; four Australasian shops in Top 10; Aussie director Steve Rogers leads 2018 Director Rankings
Australasia’s Goodoil Films has been ranked the world’s number two production company in the 15th Annual Bestads Rankings, released today.
Goodoil, with offices in Australia and NZ, was equal second with US-UK based Biscuit Filmworks just behind US-UK based MJZ with NZ headquarted The Sweet Shop (with offices in Australia, US, UK, China and Thailand) in fourth spot.
Trans-Tasman company FINCH is placed 7th, followed by Australia’s Revolver/Will O’Rourke in 8th spot and Australia’s Scoundrel in 11th position.
Australian director Steve Rogers from Revolver/Will O’Rourke was ranked #1 in 2018, followed by NZ director Steve Ayson from 3and7, Australia’s Nick Ball from Finch, Australia’s Tim Bullock from Scoundrel and Australia’s Adam Stevens from Goodoil Films who all tied for 2nd spot.
The 2018 Bestads Rankings of the top production companies and directors in the world is based on points awarded for work selected in Top 6 of the Week on bestadsontv.com in 2018. The Rankings also include the top advertising agencies, executive creative directors, creative directors, creatives and client companies.
