PHD Louise Bond (1).jpgPHD New Zealand CEO Louise Bond (left) has been announced as the winner of the Women Leading Change award at Campaign Asia’s Women Leading Change Awards held last Thursday in Singapore.

The awards set out to champion change makers, leaders, achievers and rising stars in the Asia Pacific media, advertising and marketing industry. The Women Leading Change of the Year category recognises leadership qualities including business contribution, mentoring, dedication to the advancement of women in their industry, exemplary leadership abilities and the effective leading of change.

Says Bond: “In light of the incredible shortlisted talent from across the region, I am feeling hugely privileged to have been awarded this title. To other women growing their careers in this industry, some of the best advice I can share with you on the subject of change is that while change shouldn’t be made for change’s sake, it is both inevitable and critical for personal and business success. Thankfully, it also seems to be something that gets easier with experience.”

The first six months of the year has seen PHD New Zealand recognised with a number of international awards including the prestigious Comms Council Media Agency of the Year 2018 at this year’s Beacons and the 2018 Festival of Media APAC Grand Prix.
